  • Delivery is made via Swiss Post or its partners.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

  • Delivery times are indicative; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

5. Ownership

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Returns and Refunds

As Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, we do not offer cancellations or returns once an order is confirmed, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or incorrect items: If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement.

  • Hygiene products: For health and safety reasons, electrodes and similar sealed products cannot be returned once opened.
